Not afraid of the technical stuff and didn't complain a bit about the hills or being hungry or lack of energy(he didn't eat for 4 plus hours before the ride). I love that kid!!!! It was also the last ride of my old Tassahara before I get my new bike - 2011 Trek Superfly!!!! The Tassahara has served me well - I really do love it, but it is on the chopping block to help pay for the new ride.

11.5 miles GF Tassahara winter bike Took the winter bike ona quick ride around Lake Calhoun. Glad I did! I really like riding my POS winterbike for some reason. I think it harkens back to a time in my youth when I spent a lot of time on my rigid mountain bike. Perhaps it signals some happyness in my brain. Don't know....I do know that is was the best 45 minutes of my week!
