I got bitten by the railroad tracks at the Exelsior Blvd and The Depot Coffeehouse intersection in Hopkins this morning on my way to work.I didn't get caught in the rut, but I slid on the smooth steel rail.
The bike was nearly OK. Fortunately, it only scratched what I was planning on replacing anyway. NOT ONE SCRATCH ON THE FRAME!!!
I was on my 1993 Trek 520 touring bike.
