I went out with the intention of keeping the avg speed nice ad easy. It was difficult with the wind at my back, but on the way home up the Greenway the wind was blowing (according to www.wunderground.com) at a nice 20-30MPH in my face, so it slowed the avg speed down. I was feeling tired and sluggish due to poor sleep and too little sleep. I love crossing the brdges over the river though.
